Logicway was founded by Ana Opriță, a technology executive with 15+ years as Co-CEO, CTO and product leader across European tech companies. As Co-CEO, she led company-wide AI adoption and agentic-workflow integration, scaled engineering teams from the ground up, and grew a product-driven platform to €142M GMV (+39% YoY) across Romania, Germany, Austria and Ireland. She has done it from the inside, as an operator accountable for P&L, delivery and results.
